As Nationwide is not on your side the like to snatch your money from under your feet and then lie to you saying they could not find out the reason why. Underwriters are about useless people in the company the one in Womelsdorf/Robesonia is not knowledgeable he is about useless. Kathy your to busy to be seen why is it that when a debit is being processed your eyes perk up but when you have a question your to busy to be bothered on the phone like your someone special. The assistant your useless as well. Understaffed and not knowledgeable. Your completely and utterly useless. You get paid to sit on your arse trying to tell me i am not insured enough and try to sock me with more fees. I cringed when i had to get banker policy threw you and i cringed to get renters insurance threw you. Reason why your basically a bulk agent with no knowledge of anything but auto policies. Hey people i would not hold your breath on them knowing why your account is over drawn when it is supposed to be a savings account morons fee you for everything even when you check on your savings to add money. renters insurance i would not tell them about animals the morons type in domestic animals as farm animals when it is a domestic animals you get from a pet store morons completely and utterly useless. Refunds are made to subject of decision i was told by Nationwide . Omg this company is like the crooks of the auto policy industry. I rather go and get a swarm of bees and get stung before i have to deal with this 6 month ordeal of dumb and assininisum. I have a rabbit a dwarf one and the underwriter said she was a farm animal wtf. Example :Tom Dick and Jane aka Jane doe. Your all about useless people . I waste money every month to keep my credit clear of defaults and you of all people are quick to throw me under the bus. What a moron i have a agent before you that actually knew what he was doing. I mean clueless as Phuck. I am not happy with Nationwide. I am not happy with you and i suggest get a new job maybe be a school teacher or a librarian.
